Arrangements have long, constant tempo pieces good for Modern Class Combinations.
About 55 Minutes.

Most tracks were originally released on the "Music for Movement" cassette series between 1989-1993.  Original rhythm tracks were preserved but with new 2004 harmonic settings.  Tracks 2,5, & 6 were recorded in 1998.

With Joe Fitzpatrick on drums, Richard Neville on Bass on track 2, , and Steven Kowalczyk on vocals on track 5.
